IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT :
 
"MANUFACTURERS" AND ASSURANCES, can now rely on the STANDARD EN 13 241
for design "THE INSTALLER" of being the guilty party.

   
"THE INSTALLER" has to keep in mind that these DOCUMENTS
they must be well fill in and keeped
it would be your best defense.

 

  NDL  :   Minimal rules and documents to write out :
 
 - "THE INSTALLER" should refuse any compromise with the customer concerning security equipement.
 - He should take photos of the site to assure that the existence and the equipement with security elements can be
    visualised in each situation.
 - A copy of the initial test and of the "limitation of forces" should be kept in order to prove that the "MACHINE" has been adjusted correctly
    at the beginning.
 - "THE COSTUMER " should subscribe a NOTICE OF RECEIPT of the "MACHINE" delivered by the "INSTALLER".
    He also has to pay attention that the "COSTUMER" agrees or refuses an agreement of maintenance of the "MACHINE".
 
 
THE INSTALLER has to write out some documents compliant with the standard EN 13 241 :

 1.  
 He has to write out before installation of the "MACHINE"  an ANALYSE OF RISKS.

 Establish a TECHNICAL SCHEME of the "MACHINE" .

 Establish an ELECTRICAL SCHEME of the "MACHINE" .

 4.  
 In some cases  a CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY is needed.

 5.  
 The consumer should sign  a NOTICE OF RECEIPT. This is an important document which has to be fulfilled correctly.

 To the consumer should be handed over  a NOTICE OF MAINTENANCE.

 Eventually, the installer should propose  an AGREEMENT OF MAINTENANCE
